Medical weight loss added to TRT/HRT subscription, additional $30 per month, or a one time yearly fee of $300.

Existing subscription patients who need an acute care visit for common illnesses (cough, colds, flu, ear infections, UTIs, etc.) may schedule an acute telehealth visit for $20 per visit. Concierge subscriptions do not have to pay for acute care visits, as these are included in your monthly fee.

Required lab testing and medications/supplements/peptides/vitamins are
additional unless otherwise specified within description above. We do not accept insurance, but will utilize your covered laboratory and medication benefits to the best of our ability. If you do not have laboratory testing insurance coverage, we offer discounted rates on lab tests, just ask.

Yes, we can send send orders to Novocare Pharmacy and/or Lilly Direct Self Pay Pharmacy Solutions. Both of these pharmacies are direct-to-patient delivery options and allow savings outside of insurance coverage.
